It’s a great class for building confidence and strengthening your technique, no matter your experience level. Drawing paper and pencils are provided. This is a chance to sharpen your skills through focused, self-motivated study alongside other like-minded artists.

PERSONAL (grid method) with Sharon, Monday, March 9, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember. Learn how to capture expression, personality, and personal features using the grid method.  Even the Masters used this tool to refine their paintings. You’ll choose your favorite bird or animal’s up-close face to paint a fun 8” x 10” canvas board in acrylic paint.  

Slab-Built Pottery with Penny, Tuesdays, March 10, 17, 24, & 31. Starts at 1pm. 

Learn how to hand-build a clay vessel with your hands, simple tools, and a slab of clay. All materials provided. Pre-pay, no refunds. Limited Seating.

$40-member, $50 nonmember. Join Jenny for this fun all day workshop painting from reference photos from Jenny’s recent trip to the Canadian Rockies. Includes all supplies. Bring your lunch.

with Sharon, Monday, March 16, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember. Learning to paint glass on canvas that is translucent, and shines is a unique skill.  Difficult to learn, but once mastered, your art pieces will come alive.  Acrylic paint on 11” x 14” stretched canvas.   

with Jacque, Tuesday, March 17, 1-3pm. $25 member, $30 nonmembers. You will be making 4 different sizes of ECO Friendly, Reusable, Beeswax Covers. A green alternative to plastic wrap. These pliable covers can be used to wrap around food or as covers for bowls.   

with Sharon, Monday, March 23, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember. Not all clouds are white.  Not all clouds harbor rain. Not all clouds are round and fluffy.  Learn about clouds and their myriad shapes and colors when you paint your cloud painting in acrylic paint on an 11” x 14” stretched canvas.

with Jacque, Friday March 27, 10-noon, AND Tuesday March 31 10-noon. $30-member, $35 nonmember. In this 2-part class you will create your own fish sculpture with plaster and cloth, then paint them when dried.

with Sharon, Monday, March 30, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember.  Florida abounds with amazing tropical birds and North American birds.  Choosing your favorite for your new miniature painting will be difficult, however you’ll learn the guidelines that will make your miniature painting on a 4” x 4” canvas board a treasure.

Bring your own wood table top (remove from base) one week prior to be prepped. Class size limited. 

with Sharon, Monday, April 6, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember. Learn how to use alcohol ink on ceramic tiles. Techniques for abstract coasters, easel art, and wall art.  You’ll make a set of four {4} coasters (4” x 4”), one (1) 3.75” x 7.75” easel table art, and or one large square wall art piece. 

with Angel Agel, Thursday, April 9, 1-3pm, $30-member, $35 nonmember. You'll decoupage 2 wood coasters with nautical themed designs and seal with resin. A stylish combination of shell and beads create beautiful wine glass charms.

with Jacque, Friday, April 10, 1-3pm, $30-member, $35 nonmember.  We’ll dry flowers together to create a framed floral artwork. Feel free to bring your own fresh wildflowers or use the ones we provide. Each participant will also make a bookmark and a card. 

with special guest: Laurie, Saturday, April 11, 10am-1pm, $35-member, $45 nonmember.   This workshop invites students to shift how they see and paint—focusing not on the object, but on the shapes, light, and atmosphere that surround it. Using layered washes and preserved light, participants will create luminous abstract and semi-abstract watercolor compositions where form emerges from negative space. The process emphasizes observation, mindfulness, and trusting the natural flow of watercolor.  

with Angel Agel, Thursday April 16, 1-4pm. $60-member, $65 nonmember. Create a beautiful mandala style creation with a variety of shells.

with Sharon, Monday, April 27, 1-4pm $40-member, $50 nonmember. Can I use a palette knife for more than mixing paint? The answer is absolutely.  In fact, in this class you will create an acrylic paint artwork using only palette knives on an 11” x 14” stretched canvas.  No brushes allowed. Develop the skill to use your palette knives for backgrounds, midgrounds, and foregrounds. 

with Sharon, Monday, May 4, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember. Learn to create the mood, ambiance, and magic of a Florida swamp house.  Surrounded by cypress trees, lush vegetation, Spanish moss and an alligator or two, you’ll enjoy creating the perfect Florida abode, accessible by boat, of course. Acrylic paint on a 10” x 20” stretched canvas. 

Miniature Landscape Art with Sharon, Monday, May 11, 1-4pm, $40-member, $50 nonmember.  Even a small painting can tell a big story. Elegant, rustic, calm or teaming with energy, your miniature will speak over 1,000 words. Acrylics on canvas board.

June 15-19, 2026, 10:00am-2:00pm, For Girls, 6th-12th Grade, $40 members, $50  nonmember. Our popular summer GIRLS Art Camp returns with the ocean-inspired theme! Students will explore creativity through fun, hands-on art projects celebrating sea shores and sea life in a supportive and inspiring environment.
